Kindergarten to Grade 9 (K-9)
1. Application Form 
2. Copy of most recent report card
3. Proof of age and residency (copy if Birth Certificate, or Driver’s License)
4. Completed Initial Assignment for chosen course (initial assignments are downloadable from our website)
After submitting the above items you will be contacted by your teacher, and a custom tailored learning plan will be arranged.
Grades 10 – 12 & Adults
1. Application Form
2. Copy of most recent report card (not required of adults — but useful if you have it)
3. Proof of age and residency (copy of Birth Certificate, or Driver’s License) if not already enrolled in another school.
4. Completed Initial Assignment for chosen course (initial assignments are downloadable from our website)
 | If you are attending another school don’t forget you also need your principal’s signature on your application form (see Section C – Students enrolled in another school, on the application form). |
